Medford Oregon Real Estate

Posted by OregonLandline on November 25th, 2008

Hi All!

I presume that most people viewing this Blog are located from out of the area, looking for local info.  Perhaps looking for a reason to choose this location over others, or searching out an area that is mapped in a company expansion project that may uproot you and possibly, your family.

My husband and I are both natives to the area and enjoy being a real estate sales team in Jackson County.  We have a small company that my dad started over 30 years ago!  You can count on us to get you into a home.

Enough about me, lets chat about YOU!  I am interested to hear what you need to find out about the real estate in the Medford area.  As you are aware, the real estate market has some real opprotunities for Buyer’s at this point in time.  I think it is quite exciting.

If you visit my website, you can actually search the local MLS on your own.  www.LandlineRealEstate.comI am delighted to search for you as well, so long as you provide some information about your needs and your goals.  I am happy to get you in contact with a reputable local lender, if you have not already made that contact.

It is quite possible you have already selected the Medford area to be your next home.  If that is the case, you might be wondering what sale types you should pursue.  Short sales, REO’s, preforeclosures, auctions, or the “normal” transaction. Unfortunately, the answer to this question requires some information from you.   I am interested to know how quickly you need to make a move, what type of financing you plan to obtain, if you need to sell a home as a condition of this purchase.  The list goes on and on, but it is painless and will be enormously helpful to making a smooth transaction.

Just a simple conversation that could lead us to best assist you. Don’t worry, we are not high pressure sales people.  We are normal people that sell real estate for a living and enjoy what we do.  I have found the greatest success in just being willing to work to make people feel comfortable with the decisions they make, or providing the information they need to make those decisions.  Sound good?  We welcome your calls and questions.  541-899-7222

 Thank you.
